I don't use Surfcam, but it's just a Fanuc post.....
I'm sure if it's anything like Mastercam that there are 12 different Fanuc posts on teh install disc

Did you find one yet? I am looking at Surfcam and have not gotten great feedback if a stock one is available for the Oi Mate control.

As already stated, you can use most any fanuc post, or yasnac. All you have to do is change from next tool programming by deleting the tool call up on the prep/cancel line, and put in a TxM6. if you don't put the tool change before the prep/cancel block, be sure to use a G90 in your first move, since the Sharp control uses a G91 sub program for the tool change.

Additionally, you have to put a M29 Sxxx (spindle speed)in the block preceeding your G84 block for rigid tapping.
