Does anyone know how I can save a jpeg picture on my computer as a dxf file so I can import it into a program. I know raster to vector programs do this but i'm wondering if there is another way to convert a jpeg to a dxf.

You can draw it, thats the only alternative

You could buy a program to do this, Bobcad sells one it is the cheapest one I know of.
