Are you using a cam system or programing with finger cam? Exact stop on or off? any dwell commands? What kind of comp are you using? In control, Wear? How about linear moves and radius's entering and leaving the cut? Are they tangental or perp? Cutter info? speeds and feeds?
What about your setup? is it rigid?
I know...so many quesions...

I'm using powerstation.I have tried exact stop.No dwell.Using G41 .001 in D Geom.I'm using tang. arcs in and out.Cutter is .140 2 flt. carbide RJ 6000 rpm @2ipm set -up is rigid.Material is delrin.I also ajusted the backlash comp. param 1851.notice the indicator jumped .001 when changing direction both xand y axis.Sharp in CA said to change param 2048 to 250. that stoped the .001 jump but I still get an elongated hole on the x axis.I'm boring the hole for now, got to meet a dead line,This the first job on this machine and I've never used a fanuc control.

Is this a closed contour and you're getting this at the beginning and end of your contour, or are you getting this at the begining and end of each segment???
If it's the contour (where it leads in and out) then look for a setting that controls the overlap and make that a very small number. I use about .003 in Mastercam

It appears to be at the end of each line segment.I have cut other circles and notice marks on the inside and outside of the part.I'll check for the overlap just rule it out. Also I got an alarm code 5111, incrrect modal g code.I could'nt figure that one out either.
