Love to share stories with you wyobmf 05-02-2008, 01:51 PM What post processor are you using for yours? Just bought a VK 55 II with a seicos control. Thanks integerspin 05-03-2008, 05:46 PM wyobmf. I tried to pm you and it said you had to many stored pm's.. to go off topic. I saw you had a MC500V. I have been looking for a mill for a while, mostly looking at interacts but got offered a matsuura. It's a 1981 machine. Any info you could give me would be great. wyobmf 05-05-2008, 07:37 AM Integerspin, They are built very well. Boxed ways, huge ball screw, All gear driven servos. The control are decent but probably getting hard to get parts for, They make very good machines for retrofits. Dancy 05-19-2008, 08:59 PM wyobmf, I just use a generic 3 axis mill PP and it works great. Dan wyobmf 05-20-2008, 07:51 AM Thanks Dancy. Mine has some issues with the PC so I will probablly be buying a new control system as the parts for seicos are not cost effective. You know anybody who needs some seicos 10M parts? Thanks |
