Jim Stidham Al_The_Man 03-23-2004, 03:52 PM You will have to allow for the cutter radius (1/16") somewhere, It all depends on the software you are using, with my post processor I introduce a G41 (left) or G42 (right), this way you program to the line and the G code offsets accordingly, of course the cutter diameter (offset) has to be known by the program to offset by the radius amount.
