this is my first post, so please give me some pointers :)

I need to buy a CNC mill or a CNC Router to do some engravings (on deer antlers).
And I really need your help with a few questions:

1-To do the engravings you see below (this one was hand made but obviously we plan to do many with the CNC) which Machine is the best ?
A CNC Mill (like the X2 for instance) or a CNC Router, like for instance the High-Z 400 (like http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/CNC-router-milling-machine-engraving-machine-NEW_W0QQitemZ250097357277QQcategoryZ42938QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem)

2-Where can I buy one in Europe (I'm in Portugal by the way) ? Links or contacts would be really appreciated.

3-I can purchase a standard X2 Mill here in Portugal for around 600€ and then convert it to CNC but in Europe and especially in Portugal the kits are not readily available, so I would prefer to buy a CNC one.

Looks like you need a high speed spindle machine. The router price is without spindle, so its select what you need. The router clearly is capable of doing what you want to do straight out of the box so go with it. Import it from the States if necessary, you will probably save money anyway, even after shipping costs. Its not difficult, just find a local forwarding agent to handle all the paperwork.
