Howdy
I wanted to make a place for anyone that has information/questions concerning the cnc mills that were (are) aimed at the education market
Light Machines Enco D@M Benford Rhino Lab Volt Most are older with good iron, but quirks unique to each.
I have a Rhino ST6 Lathe - a demonstrator left orphan when Lab Volt took them over.
A D@M 6 Mill that was replaced by newer enco stuff.
The Lathe is living on the borrowed time of a windows 96 computer with an active search for an xp based control.
The D@M is in the process of getting "modernized" with help from
Conqueror Design and Engineering Limited http://www.eaziform.co.uk/phpwcms/index.php?welcome
in the form of an internal controller card and updated control software.
Well - good luck on your cnc adventures
