We would like to be able to add comments in program,ie., What to do when there is M0 stop in program , or workholding suggestions. I think you get the idea. Is this something that has to be changed in the post processing?

Most likely this is already incorporated into the postprocessor. Of course it is depending on what postprocessor you have though.
Have you activated so that the comments are being output from Pro/E? You do it from MFG Setup/ CL Setup / PPRINT / Creat (or retrieve). Simply put YES on the stuff you want to see in the CLdata such as Sequence comments, OP comments and maybe SPEED/FEED or whatever.
