Hello All,

Well, I am getting my IMService controller and Deskcnc all hooked up. I have a Sherline 5400 milling machine.
I have a 4 axis controller, but only using 3 axis. XYZ

I am doing some tests..(just with a ball point pen in the machine)

Ok,here is my problem...Everything works great, except everything I do comes out 75% smaller.

I did a test with a the drawing attached. Square, Circle, Star.
The machine drew it perfect except it was 75% smaller.
The actual drawing is 2" x 2"
The machine drew it 1/2" x 1/2".

On the machine mode screen it all looks fine. My grid is at 1/2" and the square,circle, star look to be 2" x 2".

Any one have any ideas?

Well, I think I figured it out!
My steps per inch are WRONG!
I just went by what was in the IMservice manual provided.

There SPI were wrong. (too small).
