I'm just about to order a RS1360C from Red Sail in China and I'm wondering if anyone of you have used this product or other products from this company or know anything about them.

I have had a horrible experience with that company on a laser engraver. Make shure you have a web cam where you will have the machine. That is how tech support is done. The company has real good shipping

What kind of trouble did you have? Were they helpful or with the problems or...? Would you recommend them?

I'm paying 1/4 of the price, shipping included, compared to local retailers and just want to make sure if it isn't even worth that much.

The language barrier is the worst part. They try to help but when you repeat things 5-8 times it really gets old.

Personally I would not buy from them again even if I could afford it. My machine is under warranty alright, If I want to spend $600 to send it back to China, I do not foresee doing that.
