I am in Modesto,Ca but it looks like your group is the only one around here. Do you physically meet together or can another X3 owner in California still connect with you all to interact and share some information or ideas perhaps by email? I'm glad to hear that there's a San Diego group interested in the same things we are. Take a look at our web site, Southern California Home Shop Machinists, SCHSM.ORG. Our club is about 6 years old, we meet once a month, and normally get about 30 + to a meeting. Too bad the price of gas is so high. Otherwise, we'd be glad to have you attend a meeting. The same thing goes for the guy in Modesto.

I took a look at your clubs site, and it looks very good! It appears that your club is very active and the members have completed a lot of very impressive projects. Unfortunately you are correct and the cost of gas along with the distance between us will prevent me from visiting a meeting.
