Hi guys,

I finaly came to the point of buying a CNC mill. Problem is, I have never worked with CNC and have limited experience in regular milling. I do know how to program (microcontrollers etc) so that will probably be a step forward to the CNC world.

But now I have to decide which mill to get. It doesn't have to be very big, but it has to be very accurate. I will be milling plastics 90% of the time with a max size of around 100x100x100.

I have been looking around, and I realy like the Flashcut 8300 (although it is a bit too big). But that's a bit out of my budget range. But that is the sort of machine I am looking for. For some reason, the mill setups like the X2 and X3 don't seem very rigid to me, or need a lot of maintenance to keep it accurate. And I realy like the automated tool changing on the Flashcut.
I also need a 4th axis, a vertical rotary table.

My budget is around 10000€ for everything (machine, software, deskstand,...), even with the exchange rate, it is around $10000 as I still have to pay import tax if I buy the stuff in USA.

Can somebody point out some good mills that suit me?
Thanks in advance,
greets,
Tom
