this morning I lost parameters and all offsets on my 4020. I remember this hapening oncen before. I put all parameters in by "setp" and the tool changer position says tool #.654347 in the spindle. I remember fadal service having me to go into the service parameters and changing something. I don't remember what to enter into command mode.any help?

Since your display is showing a bogus number and your parameters have been currupted, you need to do a Zero Memory Procedure. If you need the procedure sent to you, call Fadal Service and it casn be faxed or e-mailed to you.
