The Xylotex 4 Axis drive unit is labeled A,A#,B,B# and my motors use A+,A-,B+,B-. My question is on the Xylotex which is positive and which is negative the A with the # is negative or positive???

Any help please and Thank you in advance guys!

It doesn't matter as long as you do both A and B the same.
A=A+
A#=A-
B=B+
B#=B-

or

A=A-
A#=A+
B=B-
B#=B+

If the motor runs the wrong direction either:

A: Change the direction signal in the software.
or
B: Swap the wires on one coil (not both).
