Can anyone suggest the best type of carbide end mill to use to machine Ampco 18? We are starting to machine a lot of wear parts and it involves both slotting and profiling. Thanks in advance.

I would try a coated 3 flute. Check out Dataflute. Their cutters are usually very good.
