Just a basic idea as I was trying to figure out sketchup. not bad for an hour of experimentation.

Why not consider putting your angle braces on the OTHER side of the carriage; then you can have your router mount move fully from one side to the other. One likes to have as wide a motion as possible. It is also good to have the X rails slightly below the table top; this gets you more usable space.

Looks nice. Still Not that sharp...

For one-hour of working with sketchup it is an excellent result.
