I have access to two cincinnati milacron machines with the mentioned controller. Does anyone have any idea what either the cincinnati or acramatic companies turned into, and where to get a manual?
better yet, does anyone have any experience with these companies?

I believe that was one of the earlier Siemens controls that Cininnati used, AFAIK Cincinnati are all Siemens controls now.
You may get some info over on the PracticalMachinst.com Forums.

Contact cinmach.com or Siemens for the books. The 850 is a good control at that time and the Cinci machines are good.
