Can anybody comment,

should the drivers power supply under zero load give output voltage measurements close to 100V ?

Its rated 110V..250V, 50/60Hz and output should be 48V 10A. My setup was configurad for 110V, but I need it for 250V.

The small power supply is corrected - instead of +12 and -12 = 24V I am using now zero and 12V = 12V.

What about bigger power supply, is it universal as it reads? Or, there is some v
voltage adjustmend potentiomenter on the power supply. Do I need to adjust it?

Regards,
I.

No, but sometimes it is very useful to pay attention, are you measuring DC or AC on switching power supply ;-)

So, it is actually more like 45V DC ;-) And anything is powering up well.

But I suggest - if you are receiving the same power supply, i.e. meanwell SP-500-48, there is lot of information available at manufacturers web site
www.meanwell.com (credits to Patrickm;), direct link is http://www.meanwell.com/search/SP-500/default.htm

You can even find a lot of CE, TUV etc. certificates ;-)
