Ok fellows, lets see your "NEW" Syil X3 CNC Mill making it's living. It looks like a very nice machine. Would love to see some Videos of it. What about maching Steel? What would be realistic machining speeds in Aluminum? What are the Rapids speeds?
With the Spindle Speed Upgrade, is the original Spindle Motor used? Looks like the Pulley sizes have been changed to get the higher Spindle speed?
Thanks for your time.
Willy

Hi Syil
What is involved with changing to the higher Spindle Speed? Do you change the Pulleys & Motor, or just the Pulleys?
Looking forward to watching some Videos of your CNC Mill? Thanks.

Here's a video I took while testing a unit. Cut is .2", 22ipm, 3200 rpm. End mill is a HSS .375" 2 flute. Material is a 6061-T6.
A little more aggressive than I normally would approach a cut, but it shows some great capablility of our machine.
