how never not there are motivatings force between a piece and the other?
with the movement the lives,the bolts are not become relaxed?

When the smaller piece is tightened with the screws into the larger part of the assembly it pulls tight against the threads on the lead screw.
If the screws are too tight the lead screw will not be able to move.

The best way to see this in operation is to build it yourself and you will see how the whole mechanism works.
