Our Haas TM2 mill pulls 1.5A on two legs and .5 on the third at 250 RPM. Any ideas?? Is this abnormal or a problem?

Where are you measuring this, right at the three phase input lines? If the answer is Yes this is not surprising because at this point you are measuring the total machine load which is not distributed evenly across the three phases. Cooling fans, coolant pumps and power supplies for electronics are single phase and they do imbalance the three phase load.
