Usually dnc-cable is connected to rs-232 connector on right side of control panel.
Am I right that rs232 cable goes directly to electric cabinet behind machine? If it goes, then it might be possible to connect dnc-cable directly to rs232 cable inside electric cabinet.
I am just curious to hear if someone is done that and is it easier that way or draw cable to control panel same way as other control cables are draw?

We have connect it directly to el. cabinet. There is just wire between control cabinet & el.cabinet.
