Would it be possible to run EMC on an Xbox with linux installed?

I guess the lack of parallel port would be a major sticking point.

Any thoughts ?

Yeah. EMC would run under linux on an xbox with linux installed. The xbox is pretty much just a standard x86 machine.

The problem would come with interfacing EMC to a driver... You only get USB =)

Also, Normal linux distributions won't install easily onto the xbox because of the fact that the xbox does not have a normal BIOS... Special kernel options are needed in order to boot the OS as well. You will need to look for an xbox ready distro.
