I'm looking for a reasonable plasma cutting table mainly for thin sheet metal fabrication, duct fittings etc. It has to be reliable and have good performance, such as high positioning speed. There are some long distances to travel and many different parts on each sheet, so the speed is absolutely a big factor event thoug the cutting speed wont ecceed 200ipm . EZ-Router claims 800 ipm positioning speed. That sounds very good. And they have good sized motors and everything seems to be quite well made. But there is very little information on their site, so i have requested some more info. Does anyone have any experience with these machines, and the controls? Will i get myself into a world of trouble if i bought one of these? Would i be better off asking the owners to dig deeper into their pockets and pay the salesman with the fancy pants big bucks for similar equipment. Will i be able to choose any kind of fabrication software and be sure that it will operate the machine properly? Any good advice will be greatly appreciated.
