Interesting:
They show the ZX7016 with a 2 slot table but your picture shows a 3 slot table?
Is your table size 420mmx152mm?

Also, they make no mention of X-Y table axis travel.
Do you know what yours, or theirs, is?

Good luck,
Pres

ATA,
Apparently, you know something the factory does not know about their machine tool.
Their website gives a table size of 420mmx152mm for the ZX7016. (read it).
But you state your ZX7016 has a table size of "430x200 mm".
Are you sure you have a Drill/Mill-ing machine from Hangzhou Westlake model ZX7016?

Also, their picture CLEARLY shows a 2 slot table, not 3!

Lastly, the picture you provided http://www.cnczone.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=22701&d=1158032113 appears to be a heavy duty dual-screw Z axis driver with a digital scale position feedback.
It looks plenty rugged for Z axis movement.
(dual lead screw is usually just needed on a big x axis)

Can/will you determine the disparity between the factory specs on their website and your ZX7016?
Can/will you give the ZX7016 X-Y axis travel (since the factory does not provide that information)?

hi,ata will you use this 115 mm for Z axis? enough or not for you?

and titoniks
i read you pic , you have a finished Y axis stepping motor conversion?
if possible, can i see detail pic or design , i am interesting on the connection between the origin Y axis and stepping motor(gear or belt?and how?)

If that is a West Lake Drill, the arrows indicated in your picture is for adjusting the motor mounting plate.
