I been beating my brains trying come with the name of this item. It is a hard rubber cone shape/flat on both ends with bolt through it used for mounting just about anything. Usually 1/2 to maybe 2 inches tall.

Well, I thought I'd would recognize the name if I heard it. vibration isolators and rubber feet does not ring a bell. It is something used very often under stationary small machines, small applicances, and some air compressorss. I plan to use these on light weight cnc machine (about 100 lbs or so). It is very common and usally its in black or gray. As I stated it is conical shape about 1 to 1 1/2 at the top with 1/2 foot print. I remmember seeing them in hardware stores.
thanks
