The Precix (Inch) post works for me.

I'll try it. I have used Gcode_inch_arc. It works but I think it could be more optomised. To cut a circle it takes 135 lines of code. It should not talke that much.

Is there a four or five axis post of camworks to flashcut out there? I was told that someone in the Chicago area had one but I could never get any contact information. Please email me at oporter@earthlink.net

Artcam comes with a number of default post processors, several of them being for Model Master brand mills. Since Models Master uses Flashcut controllers on their products, you can just use their postp's as a template or just modify them for your specific hardware properties.
I actually didn't bother in one case, just set up a special profile in Mach with the data skewed to correct for the differences between my machine and the one the postp was written for. Just used the postp bone stock in that case. A real easy and transparent, if inelegant, way to do it.
