Hi,
Not sure if this is the correct forum for my question but I'm looking into PCB routing and have done some research but I can't find any supplier who sell's very tiny end mills? I want say 8 or 10thou. trace to trace mill outs...

Try www.thinktink.com. They have a wide range of small end mills including v-tip isolation tracing bits.
I used a 0.8mm end mill for this board, my first.

Cutter life would be extended if you just isolated the traces and didn't machine away large areas. Anything to save a buck. Nice looking PCB by the way.

Thanks MrWild, I agree on about cutter life extension but after seeing both results I preferred removing all the copper except the traces.
