I just wanted to throw out something I learned on a recent project. I figured it could be helpful to anyone like myself who may not know where to start.

I had to drill a bunch of 1/32 holes in a Lexan part and I got a tip that I could run it a lot faster than I had planned to.

3000 rpm

The feedrate and peck depth was much more than I thought I could get away with. It saved me a lot of time.

with flood coolant you should be able to go 2X-3X fast feed rate

I will try it next time. I have very little experience drilling small holes. I used a HSS drill this time. Is your suggestion based on using a carbide drill?
