A ground Ballscrew is likely to run a little smother and be more precise.
It is howerver just one amongst many components that make up the Drivetrain so unless all components are of very high presison it would make little difference.
Rolled Ballscrews quality is sufficent for general Milling applications.
On a Lathe I would be temted to use the higher precision for the X-Axes because it
controlls the Diameter of the Part and operates on the Radius needing twice the resolution.
For a Mill it dose not matter.
Good Luck
