Hey Gents, kinda new to this and more of a computer guy than an electronics guy, and could use some Help!

Recently got everything hooked up and running, and when I use a program called 'K Cam' the motors Humm and everything appears to work fine, but when I use Mach3 the motors sound rough and squeeky and they continue to roll for a short period when I release the jog key. Probably something way simple, but don't even have a clue where to start. Thanks
