Does mach support servo's?

Paul as long as the servos will take step and direction. I think it will do the pwm motors as well but I am not sure.

It will drive Step/Dir. But it will only drive a PWM spindle speed control..

Hi,
I'm not sure if my servos take step and direction, all they have is a positive and negative terminal on the body and the wiring for the encoder at the end. My guess is that it can only handle PWM. I was under the impression that boards like Rutex R990h could take the step and direction and convert it to PWM. Dose this mean that my motors (Electrocraft E543 dc brush motors) are not compatible with Mach2?

Splint, you will have to have servo drives between your PC and motors such as Gecko's or the Rutex drives. This is true of all motors.
