I've recieved a couple of requests for speed/feed calculations so I figured I'd start a thread for everyone to read and/or throw their $.02 into.

Here's a coupld of links

Technical Resourses for Manufactruing Professionals (http://www.carbidedepot.com/resources.asp)

Engineering Data (http://www.dhc.net/~allsup/hot.htm)

If you've got some good links, please share.

Matt,

Don't forget my free program. Major league machinining calculator, extensive thread data, drill depth calculator, weight and volume calculator and, as they say, "lots more".

Don't forget the industry "bible" - Machinery's Handbook.

A very useful bit of kit but is it available in metric version too? I am presuming it is imperial.
