The Vacmagic VM300 has been one of the best investments our company has
made it has reduced our set up times and production times on our Cincinnatti CNC Machines and it has no vacuum pump it runs purely on shop air. Take a look at there website www.vacmagic.com where you will be able to watch videos of what you can do on the vacuum chuck its well worth taking the time to see for yourself just how good it is. It comes highly recommended by us.

I have seen the Vacmagic in action at Mach06. As a user have you encountered any problems with it? How many Vacmagic pallets do you have or would like to have? Do you make you own pallets? Do you find the VM300 large enough? I am thinking of buying the larger version for our new Mazak Nexus VMC which has a bed size of 1.2m x 0.5m. I find the Vacmagic website doesn't go deep enough into the product which is why I'm asking someone who has used the product so many questions before I make an official enquiry. I hope you don't mind. Thanks.
