What do you use to lube your linear bearings? some type of :rolleyes: grease or oil?

Definately use the appropriate lube. Do not just use whatever you have laying around.

Monday I will dig out the books and post back. I do not have the info in front of me at the moment. I know it is a very, very thin viscosity lithium soap based grease but I can not think of the specs off the top of my head - sorry! NLGI #1?
