I am sad to report an occurrence that has laid a heavy burden on my heart. Do you discriminate when it comes to light bulbs? Do you only pick the higher wattage bulbs because they are brighter and more cheerful? Do you snub the standard life bulbs and cozy up to the long life incandescent bulbs? I am a bulb discriminator too, I believe that being seen with an average lower wattage, standard bulb is embarrassing.

Ferenczyg 04-07-2004, 03:09 AM You've forgotten the 'I do not understand why someone need to post that has changed a ligth bulb' and the 'Where are published the correct procedure about how to change a lightbulb, i need to change one', and of course, the 'post pictures' ;)
I'm waiting for some 3d drawings or maybe an Inventor file on lightbulbs ;) !
abasir 04-07-2004, 04:30 AM Need more detail to answer, e.g., height of lightbulb from floor, the allowable pressure on the glass, is the environment toxic, etc. In short, site visit is required

cpsheets 02-22-2008, 02:48 PM well I sure am glad you guys shed a little light on that subject...now what about those tulip bulbs?????
RICHARD ZASTROW 02-22-2008, 07:06 PM Since this thread started, flourescent light bulbs have become a reality as replacements for incandescent lightbulbs. And according to the information on the packaging, I'll never have to change them again. According to the life expectancy tables, I'll be dead before change will be required.

I must be dead already then. Bummer!
