Do any CAD programs allow you to keep going off the screen while tracking the X, Y numbers?
I tried in Rhino but it stops at the end of the screen.

The idea is to zoom so the movement of the mouse equals 1" and move it to the desired locations and put points. After zoom out and connect the dots.
I only need 1/16 resolution or less.
