Hello all,

I'm a newbie here so I thought I'd "untroll' by posting a little about myself and what I've done. (Be gentle, please! :) ) For the last 3 years I've been refitting a bench mill to CNC (why so long? - mainly because I get very little time to work on it! :) ). Anyway, I'd collected lots and lots of pictures along the way with the intention of putting them online, but I never got a chance until recently. I've now got a little "machineblog" where I'm putting up the pics to show everything involved in converting one of these machines. It's not all there yet - there's still a section in the middle missing where I connect up the electronics/computer, but I thought I'd share for now :)

I hope to put up the rest of the pics when I get a chance (next week maybe?) Back to the future: my current goal is building a nice workarea for the mill, and then finally an integrated console: but since I live in the city, I have to make all of this look like a closet so as to not upset my landlandy! :>

Looks great! Thanks for putting up the pics and blog. I just bought a Rong FU RF-40 Mill yesterday, and will be watching your site with interest!
