We are getting ready to install a new Union PCR150 with a iTNC530 control, this is the first heidenhain control we have. Does anyone have or know where I can get a Tutorial on how to program this control. I have included a pic of the machine under construction in germany..

Heidenhain makes great stuff. What is the iTNC I'm familiar with the TNC. Is the "i" for ISO (G-Code) only? & What is the "Programming Station"? is that a desktop PC version of the control?

Don't worry bout buying the programming station try using the demo software from the heidenhain site. It's good for 50-100 lines and hits the spot.
Good Luck
