Hi

Im using EdgeCam V9 and on a Mori Seiki NL Lathe with MSG803 control. Problem I have is, I have drawn a billet and written some text on the front face, then I have asked the tool to engrave via the 2D option which all works fine. I have then run it through the simulator which shows a perfect machined part. But when I post it out via a standard XC machine, I cannot get edgecam to output the G12.1(G112) polar G-code (chair) . whatever I try and change it just wont do it. Do i need a Mori Post? and does anybody have one? :rolleyes:

The Mori NL is a pretty new machine. I know in the post templates for V10.5 there is a Mori NL. They worked with Mori to produce it. Should be pretty close. Probably worth the upgrade to get the post, plus all the other improvements. The new version has machine simulation now.
