I have another copy that arrears to be simalar but different in that theres more pages in slightly different format. I have a full page scanner but have never used it for this purpose. I will try to post it here but don't expect miricles without questions! Tommorows another day! Steve.

I found that the forum has a low limit on .pdf file size (around 500k) - if you can't get it to post, email me the file and I'll toss it onto my site along with the other manual.

I get an error trying to view the pdf.

That's my fault - my server was compromised the other week, and I'm still recovering files. I should have the .pdf back in a few days.
