I have a couple of parts i need manufacturing out of ali if anyone is interested.

All measurements are in MM and all tolerances are 0.1mm unless otherwise specified.
If your interested then i will require a sample to make sure that everything is ok.
Once everything is ok i will be looking for a first initial order of 100 with batches of 100 or more required depending on demand but 100 guaranteed.

Please also note that the outside size of drawing JH2 is not realy that important tolerance wise so long as it has a good surface finish.

Both parts will need chemical blacking if anyone can do this at the same time aswell.
Please accept my appologies for the drawings but i do not have auto cad ect so hand drawn had to surfice for now.

When submitting final quote will you please give me the total price including shipping to the UK.
I am willing to pay more for a better job pending the sample.
