Can someone advise me on what they feel is the best FREE web hosting/design site?
I would like to create a web page for my business, and see if it can pull in business for me,but am not too sure about just how to go about it. I am a new start up company, and therefore do not want to spend big cash......at least not yet. ;)

I'm not sure there are any good FREE ones really, especially not ones that do domain hosting. And nobody will do free design for you. Perhaps you should message me. I have a colocated rackmount server and I am the only one on it. I would not mind hooking you up.
