I need one or two depending on price of these items made. They should be made of 6061 AL which I can supply with an OD of 1.5 in (you will have to bore out and clean up outside to make it truly 1.5). I made it an IGS since its a 3D part requiring a few setups. I can also make a blueprint if you wish.
