I need something like this made maybe jazzed up a bit or just a little cosmeticly different.

This will be made for an aluminum 3/16th tube that will have a rubber hose slide over it causing the tub to become 1/4 over all. The rubber hose is only on 3/8ths up the AL tube. The 3/16th ID of the back side of this part will need to be (guess-ta-ment) 1/32nd over 3/16ths as the AL tube it will be sliding up and down will be Powder Coated.

I would like to start with 50-100 of these if possable.

What material would you like this to be? ALuminum, plastic? Machined or molded? How many do you expect to want eventually? Is this the only drawing you will have? Sorry for all the questions, just trying to get all the information.

Needs to be aluminum. I have no idea how many I will end up with eventually.
Thats the only drawing i have. I would assume machined would be better but molded is fine long as it has a nice smooth finish.

Do you need some kind of other detailed drawing?
