You could go to eMastercam.com (http://www.emastercam.com/) to get answers which is actually a site created by In-House Solutions (http://www.inhousesolutions.com/company/about.php) who is a distributor for Mastercam in Canada.

And just the same, you can ask the questions here as well and some of us MC users may be able to help you out with your issues.
