I'm having the same problem. It has something to do with the Post Processor settings X,Y,I,J. Does anyone know the right tokens, variables, and movement scripts settings in DesKam to get #2 below to look like #1. Thanks, John

This is just a guess, since I don't know your software at all, but change your maximum arc command to 1/2 or 1/4 of a full circle. This will create endpoints that are different than the start point, which is what makes a full circle arc command seem a bit "strange" to your controller, because it is already at the endpoint position named in the full circle command.

The same general principles apply. There are several different permutations to guess through, to get the proper settings for your controller to recognise arc output properly.
As I pointed out before, you should change your maximum arc output command to 1/2 of a circle. Also, you need to discover whether the I and J components of the G02/G03 command are to be incremental or absolute position values. These settings might also change depending on whether your main program is running in absolute (G90) or incremental (G91) mode.

Anyone know where to change the maximum arc output in DesKAM to 1/2 of a circle. I can only find a place to change the minimum arc length and radius settings. Thanks, John

Try KCam 4.0.8 it will open a DXF circle created by DesKam
