Now I already download mach2 soft ware but can't find driver and can not Run Soft ware

Don't you remember which folder you downladed it into? Use the search function of your Os. You really won't see the icons on your desktop until you install it by double-clickng the install icon in the folder that it was initially downloaded in. Don't forget to RESTART or REBOOT your computer right after installation. May help to download the manual and print it out.
