Hello All,
Well I am just wondering if I build the JGRO per plans what is the actual cut table size ie just how much cuttable travel do you have? Not sure if that makes since try this if I plunge the router at its exterme left and cut to the extreme right on the x axis (X is the wide part right not the length?)how long is the cut same with the y axis? I am just wondering if it will be big enough I need to be able to cut at the largest a square that is 36" long by 24" wide out side demensions using a 3/4" wide tool can the jgro per plans do this if not how much bigger will I need to scale the plans for the X and Y axis to accomplish this size cut? Also what is the max thickness you can cut on the z axis I need to be able to cut a piece of wood between 3" and 6" thick max ( most wood will be in the .5" to 2" range but I can see I will need to be able to cut 3" to 6" thick wood in a few future projects). On the Z axis I dont mean cut what I mean is the wood to be carved will be 3"-6" thick ( carving will only be about 1" max) can the JGRO do this?
Thanks
