I need help. Fellow employee (with no integrity :boxing: !!) quit shop today after 5 years, now we cannot send surfcam program to the mori seiki VMC control. Sorry I do not have surfcam version or control make handy. Screen states program was sent but the control is not receiving. Any ideas? Thanks for any feedback-
